The benefit to living within a Home Owner’s Association is that some of your chores are done for you. These are the basic things that the funds for the Home Owner’s Association at Bedford Park covers. However, fees and coverage are subject to change. Please do not rely on this information – this is provided for reference only.

Single Family Homes – Approximately $275 / month

Townhomes – Approximately $350 / month

Restrictions

• Pets: All pets must be kept on a leash when outside of their home. There are no restrictions on size or weight. No pit bulls. No breeding of pets.
• Parking and Garages: Trucks, commercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, boats, etc. must be parked in the garage. No parking overnight or in the roads or swales.
• Pools: No above-ground pools
• Lawn Ornaments: Must have ACC approval
• Window Coverings: All window coverings installed in the unit must have white backing, unless otherwise approved by the ACC.
• Vehicles: Vehicles over 80” in height or those vans or trucks which do not have windows completely circling the vehicle’s exterior and permanently installed seating for four or more passengers, shall be considered to be a prohibited vehicle. No vehicles in excess of 17 feet in length.
• Golf Carts: Must be stored in the garage. Must be insured evidence must be on file with the Association. All other recreational, motorized or un-motorized, vehicles are not permitted unless previously approved by the Board of Directors.
